LEGO has manufactured a model Star Wars Republic Frigate which has considerable detail and moving parts including an opening cockpit and hatches, turbo-laser cannons which rotate and proton torpedo launcher amongst its many features. There is an undercarriage and hatches which are moveable. The four legs when unfolded can be used for display purposes.
This Lego Star Wars Republic Frigate encourages imaginative play with 5 minifigures included with the set. Plan battles between the Republic Frigate and the clone heroes. Decorate the Escape Pod with stickers.
Lego Star Wars Republic Frigate provide individual packs of bricks, sticker sheet and two instruction books. There are a total of 1015 pieces within the kit. Accessories include the lightsaber beam and SE-14 blaster pistol.

My son had been going on at me to buy this lego republic frigate for his twelfth birthday last month and I told him that it was too expensive and that he’d have to wait till xmass. I’d already got it and just wanted him to stop going on about it. When he opened the box on his birthday, he was so excited. As it was weekend he immediately started getting pieces out. He is careful so they don’t get lost. It took him ages to make the ship but he loved it.
We bought the Lego Star Wars Republic Frigate for our ten year old nephew who was staying with us for a few days. Although quite pricey it was worth it to so the look on his face which was amazing. There are lots of small parts which we kept in containers with lids. It was a little complicated for him to make the ship, however, my husband was delighted as it gave him a good excuse to help.
We really recommend this kit, but for children at the bottom of the age range they may need some help. My nephew spent hours talking to the minifigures and loved all of the moving parts. Great value for money.
My sister bought this lego star wars frigate as a joint present for our eleven year old twins - boy and girl. My daughter usually loves lego, but doesn't really like Star Wars. However once she and her brother opened all the various packets with bricks etc she became quite interested.
They managed to build the ship themselves and thoroughly enjoyed putting the stickers on. There were plenty of pieces left over after it was built which was a bonus. My son has other lego star wars kits and the extra pieces can be used with them. Excellent kit which my son preferred.
